These terms apply to your use of caprisious.com and to purchases you make from Caprisious. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.
Using the website
- You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means without our permission.
- If you create an account, keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts or refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Products and prices
- We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences may occur.
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown in other currencies are for convenience, based on the exchange rate at the time; the amount charged is confirmed at checkout.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch and may cancel the order and refund any payment, or agree the correct price with you.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer or order.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation after successful payment (or, for cash on delivery where offered, after we accept the order).
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery, where offered, is available in the UAE only and carries an additional AED 20 charge.
- We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil, and will refund any payment received.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns & Exchanges and Refund policies.
Reviews and content you submit
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, lawful and your own. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules. By submitting content, you allow us to display it on our website and marketing channels.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Caprisious name, logo, photography and text, belongs to Caprisious or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
