UAE delivery
- Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days, Sunday to Thursday. We don't ship or deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
- Standard delivery (1–2 business days) costs AED 25, and is free on orders above AED 500.
- Express delivery (next business day) costs AED 40.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delays can occasionally happen during sale periods or bad weather; we'll keep you updated.
Where we can't deliver
We can't deliver to P.O. boxes or to courier out-of-service areas, including: Al Adla, Liwa, Al Dabyia, Rumaitha, Al Dhafra (Airbase), Sabkhah, Al Fayaa, Shalila, Al Hamra, Shaybah, Al Khis, Shubaytah, Al Sila'a, Taraq, Alyhyali, Wedhail, Arada, Baraka nuclear plant, Asab, Dalma Island, Guwaifat, Hamim, Jeeisah, Jereirah, Kayyam and Bida Al Mutawa (Abu Dhabi region); Abu Hurabah, Abu Krayyah, Al Araad, Al Dahma, Al Dhahira, Al Gharbia, Buraimi, Malagit and Umm Zamool (Al Ain region).
International delivery
- International orders are delivered by DHL Express within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- International shipping is free on orders over USD 150. Below that, the charge is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
- Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number (active within 24 hours). You can also check the status any time on our order tracking page.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it with the courier.
Sanctioned countries
In line with UAE law, we do not sell or ship to countries subject to OFAC sanctions.
