Refund Policy

How refunds work
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether it has been approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 days.
- Refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used on caprisious.com for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are not refundable, unless you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged.
- If your order qualified for free shipping and a return takes it below the free-shipping amount, the standard shipping charge is deducted from the refund.
- For international returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Cancelled orders
If we cancel an order (for example, because an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred) after you have paid, we will contact you and refund the amount paid or agree a replacement with you.
Non-eligible returns
Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags or original packaging, or returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund. We'll contact you to arrange sending the item back to you.
