Delivery
How much is delivery in the UAE and how long does it take?
- Standard delivery (2–5 business days) costs AED 25, and is free on orders above AED 500.
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) costs AED 40.
- We deliver Sunday to Thursday. We don't ship or deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delays can occasionally happen during sale periods or bad weather; we'll keep you updated.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
- International shipping (7–14 business days) costs AED 160.
- The charge is shown in your currency at checkout before you pay.
- Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
- Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also check the status any time on the order tracking page.
Payment
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed on a secure page by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available for UAE orders only and adds a charge of AED 20, shown at checkout.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in the coupon box in the order summary at checkout and press Apply. The discount appears before you pay. One coupon can be used per order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account you can see your orders and their status in one place.
Returns and refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags. The full conditions are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How do I start a return?
Use the return request form with your order number and email, or contact us and we will help.
How are refunds made?
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Products
I'm not sure about my size. Can you help?
Yes. Open the product you like and tap the WhatsApp button: your message will include the product link, so we can see exactly which item you mean and advise on size.
An item is sold out. Will it come back?
Message us on WhatsApp from the product page and we will tell you whether it is being restocked.
