Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or OFAC countries or out of service areas.

Caprisious will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC ( Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Your order can’t be delivered to the P.O. Boxes and out of service areas.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

For international shipping, all orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, Monday-Friday.
Cash on delivery payment option cannot be used.
Shipping charges for all orders, based on the destination and total shipping weight, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties as we are not able to supply estimated duties and taxes for this information may vary by country. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Caprisious is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Payment

• We accept Visa and Master Card payment

On payment by card, multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

• Cash on delivery ( within UAE only)

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge of AED 20 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment.
