These terms apply to the Caprisious Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide your full legal name, a valid email address and accurate details.
One person or legal entity may hold only one affiliate account. Accounts created by bots or automated means are not permitted.
Applications are reviewed by our team and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.

Once approved, you receive a unique referral code and link (for example caprisious.com/?ref=YOURCODE).
Commission is earned only on orders tracked automatically by our system through your link, within the attribution window shown in your affiliate dashboard. We cannot pay commission on untracked orders.
If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent click receives the credit.

The commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard and may differ by affiliate or campaign.
Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and store credit.
Commission is pending until the order's return period has passed, then approved. Commission on orders that are cancelled, returned or refunded is not paid.
Purchases you make yourself, or orders for your own household, through your own link do not earn commission.

Payouts begin once your approved commission exceeds AED 100. Balances below this amount are carried forward.
You must provide accurate payout details. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you supplied.

Promote Caprisious honestly. Do not make false claims about products, prices or promotions, and clearly disclose that you are an affiliate where required by law or platform rules.
Do not use spam, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, or bid on "Caprisious" brand terms in paid search.
Do not use our trademarks or images except the materials we provide, and do not present yourself as Caprisious.
We may withhold commission earned through fraudulent, misleading or abusive methods and may close accounts that break these terms.

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Caprisious.
We may change the Program, commission rates or these terms. Changes apply from the date they are posted; continuing in the Program means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
